Full Color Flyers - What is a Flyer anyways? People call many things a flyer including postcards, club cards, door-hangers, and brochures, but a flyer to us is an 8½" X 11" sheet or ‘handbill’ that can be used as an inexpensive form of mass marketing or an announcement of an event or service. The low cost affiliated with flyers make them an effective tool to get the word out about your marketing campaign. Years ago flyers were a simple black/white print that was printed on white or colored paper and were printed by the thousands at a very low cost to market an event. Flyers are handed out on the street, posted on bulletin boards, or given away at events.
